VGF Drive -The Toy Sale

The VGF Toy Sale was held on the of 29th April, 2012 between 8:30a.m. - 1: 40p.m in the Grade 4 and 5 Assembly Area. The students of Grade 4 were a part of this activity. A circular was sent to the parents regarding the VGF Sale. The same was uploaded on GLG. The children were asked to bring used toys in good condition. Each class teacher was entirely responsible for her own class!

The class teacher built her special team comprising the management team, salespersons, cashiers, photographers, reporters and advertising team. Each team was assigned a responsibility which they carried out to the best of their ability. The students belonging to the Advertising team created marvelous posters, which they displayed in the Grade 3, 4 and 5 corridors. The Management team was excited to fulfill their duty of informing and inviting the Principal, Supervisors, teachers and students throughout the school. On the 29th morning, the salespersons, cashiers and photographers did their jobs enthusiastically. They enjoyed every moment of their time spent in selling toys, dealing with money and clicking photographs or interviewing people. Purchases were made by Grade 4 and 5 students, conductors, bus drivers, Supervisor Principal and teachers as well! It was indeed a pleasure to watch the students do a fabulous job.
It was without any doubt an activity that touched each person’s heart. The proceeds will be used to help children around the world.

The event was a GRAND SUCCESS!
